Gladys Allen Brigham Center

The Gladys Allen Brigham Center in Pittsfield, Massachusetts is a long-standing community resource that empowers children and youth (with a special emphasis on girls) to become responsible, confident and personally fulfilled individuals.
The previous website was outdated, difficult to navigate, and challenging for staff update. The new user-friendly design is thoughtfully organized, showcasing the programs and services provided by this essential community organization.
Berkshire Art Center

Berkshire Art Center (formerly IS183 Art School of the Berkshires) provides high quality, hands-on instruction in the visual arts at locations throughout Berkshire County.
I designed and managed the site for IS183, and revamped the site for the 2022 name and branding change. I continue to assist with its development. The site receives about 3,800 visitors per month, and is the school’s main source of information and class registrations.
South Community Food Pantry

The South Community Food Pantry serves 550 Berkshire County families each week. It became clear that the pantry needed a website to increase community awareness about — and accessibility to — this essential resource. I built and manage the website, and also manage the pantry’s Facebook page and e-newsletter.

Engaged Communities is a Berkshire County consulting business that helps organizations build authentic relationships to better understand and meet the needs of an increasingly diverse community and workforce. I paired greyscale images with brightly colored graphics and callouts to create a clean, energetic vibe.

Anna’s Pizza & Greek Restaurant

A local favorite for years, Anna’s was recently purchased by a new family who wished to improve the online presence of their new restaurant.
I designed both the site and the restaurant’s new branding.
Scoil Rince Bréifne Ó Ruairc

Scoil Rince Bréifne Ó Ruairc is a new Irish dance school in Pittsfield, Massachusetts. Working closely with the school’s founder, I designed the logo and created the website which she now manages with expertise!
Karen Arp-Sandel

A visual artist and inspirational art educator in the Berkshires, Karen Arp-Sandel is known for her fresh, playful approach to collage, book making, assemblage, and painting. Her site clearly features her colorful work in all of its fun forms, with a nod to her work with cut paper.
Bottomless Bricks

Bottomless Bricks was a LEGO® brick-themed party venue and indoor play space in the Berkshires. The business had to close due to the pandemic, but is now making a triumphant comeback after the owner’s recent stint on LEGO Masters! Stay tuned!

South Congregational Church, Pittsfield

South Congregational Church UCC is an active, diverse church located in downtown Pittsfield, Massachusetts.
I updated the existing Wordpress design, and migrated and updated content to create a better user experience. With several other contributors, I also manage the church’s Facebook page.
